Returns and cancellations


We pride ourselves on being able to ship your order within 48/72 hours with most orders being dispatched within one day.

You can request the cancellation of your order via the Contact Us page within one hour of placing the order. Any request received after this we will attempt to change but in most cases regret that the packaging and shipping of the order has already taken place.


If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you received, please notify us by emailing us within 30 calendar days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by customer service.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already bought and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skin care, or its smell in terms of perfume, or the color in terms of makeup. If you ordered the wrong product, you can still return it for a full refund, but please note that items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear the shipping cost.

We are happy to refund the shipping cost if the item is defective or sent due to our mistake.

For DHL Express and Aramex Express orders, we will not refund the shipping cost to return items due to delivery failure due to improper handling, such as incorrect address entry and inability to contact the recipient on the date of delivery. Your refund will be made via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Please check your perfume or home fragrance orders carefully, as perfumes and home fragrances cannot be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns should include:


  • A copy of your delivery slip or order number
  • Return authorization (available from customer service)
  • Return reason


Please make sure the items are packed securely to avoid damage during transportation. We also suggest sending by registered or insured mail so that the package can be traced.

For credit card refunds, please note that we can only refund the full cost of the goods. If there are any shipping charges to reimburse, we will offer you a credit on your next purchase to cover that refund or refund via Paypal.
